There are no hidden charges on our website.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible with all orders over £100.00 being delivered free of charge*. Any order under £100.00 carries a fixed delivery charge of £6.50*. The delivery charge for your order is clearly shown in 'Your shopping'. Subject to stock availability you should expect to receive your goods within 2 - 5 working days*. Delivery can be made to alternative addresses (e.g. Your work address), although we will still require the address at which your payment card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Express delivery
If you have an urgent requirement please contact our Sales Office on 020 32560072 as we can on most occasions accommodate urgent or Overnight deliveries, although there may be an additional charge for this service.
How we deliver
Generally orders are delivered by courier (usually DHL), although smaller products are sometimes delivered by post. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery times*
Our delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 4pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of Bank Holidays and just before Christmas, please allow an extra two working days.
Stocked products should usually arrive next working day. Non-stocked items are delivered within 2 to 5 working days of placing your order. However, some products are special order (these are clearly marked) and can take up to 21 working days to arrive. For these products you will be told about delivery dates as part of the order process. If we, our suppliers, or manufacturers are temporarily out of stock of any products we will notify you of the expected dispatch date for these products. If items are out of stock and you would rather not wait you will always be offered the option of canceling your order.
Deliveries by DHL are usually made between 9am and 6pm, all deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
